Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Yes, we accept vouchers from most schemes. Please see the payment options further down the page.
Are you OFSTED registered?
A subsidiary of Mylnhurst Preparatory School we are affiliated to the ISI (Independent Schools Inspectorate).
Because of my work commitments, I can’t pick my child up at 4pm
No problem, our Extra Time service means we offer childcare up to 5.45pm so you can pick up to suit your working day.
Are you First Aid Trained?
We always have at least one qualified First Aider with every group.
How can I make payment?
Payment must be made 2 weeks before your booking. Late bookings can be accommodated subject to availability and when payment is made within 24 hours. Payment can be made by the online payment system, cheque, bank transfer or childcare vouchers. Please contact us if you require our reference number for your childcare voucher company.
Cheques should be made payable to “Mylnhurst Merlins” and sent to Mylnhurst Preparatory School and Nursery, Button Hill, Ecclesall, Sheffield, S11 9HJ. With your child’s name on the back and which camp they are attending eg; summer half term.
Please make bank transfer payments to the account below and put “Camp Merlins-Your Child’s Name” as the reference:

Childcare Voucher Codes
Mylnhurst School no longer accept voucher payments on behalf of Camp Merlins. Please ensure you are choosing Mylnhurst Merlins / Camp Merlins as your provider when processing your payments.
